Keith Pekarek

Senior Vice President, Finance

Keith Pekarek serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for Old Republic Auto Warranty, leading the company's Accounting and Administrative functions. Throughout his career, He has led global planning and forecasting, board and executive reporting, mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration, purchase accounting, internal controls, and financial systems implementations. With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive warranty and insurance industry, he partners with senior leadership to drive strategic planning, financial performance, and growth initiatives.  Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from DePaul University.
