Director, Claims Operations & Support

As Director of Claims Operations and Support, Andrea Larson leads Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Claims, GAP Claims, and Customer Service operations. With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily within the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector, she has extensive expertise in claims management, customer experience, and operational leadership. Throughout her career, she has been committed to driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service to customers and business partners alike. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
